When you call us for a tow or use any of our services, you are agreeing to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Collierville, TN and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and your location.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the services you request, including any additional fees for after-hours service, storage, or special equipment needs.

If your insurance company is covering the tow, you remain responsible for any amounts not paid by your insurance. Any disputes with your insurance company are between you and them.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.

You confirm that you have the legal right to request towing services for the vehicle in question. You will provide proper identification and proof of ownership when requested.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

We use professional equipment and trained staff to handle your vehicle with care. However, towing services involve moving disabled or damaged vehicles, which may already have existing damage. We are not liable for damage that existed before we began service.

You should report any visible damage to your vehicle to our driver before we begin towing. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the towing process.

Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to place a lien on vehicles with unpaid storage fees according to Tennessee state law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our truck is already dispatched or on the way to your location.

Emergency Services

We provide 24/7 emergency towing services. Response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, your location, and the number of calls we are handling. We always do our best to reach you as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
